ChargeFX is built to be private. We don’t have accounts, we don’t run ads, and we don’t track you.

This Privacy Policy explains how the ChargeFX app (“ChargeFX”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use it. By using ChargeFX you agree to this policy.
ChargeFX does not collect, sell, or share your personal information. The sounds you add stay on your device and in your own private iCloud. The only information that leaves your device is the anonymous purchase data Apple and our subscription provider need to keep your subscription working.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or any advertising identifiers. We do not use third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs.
ChargeFX lets you create charging sounds by recording with the microphone, importing an audio file, or pulling audio from a video you choose.
All of this is processed on your device. Your sounds are stored locally and, if iCloud is enabled, synced through your own private iCloud account. We never receive, upload, or have access to your recordings, files, or videos.
ChargeFX offers auto‑renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly, with a free trial on the yearly plan). Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.
To manage your subscription and restore purchases across your devices, we use RevenueCat, a subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat processes an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID together with your purchase and subscription status. This is used only to unlock the features you paid for. ChargeFX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.
You can revoke microphone or photo access at any time in the iOS Settings app. You can delete any sound you created from within ChargeFX. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and revise the effective date above.
